1:1 Deep Work

    Deep, lasting change unfolds over time. This 3–6 month 1:1 container offers a steady rhythm where trust can grow and the deeper roots of your patterns can be met with care and precision. What may begin as a focused challenge often reveals the identity structures and inherited narratives shaping how you lead and create.

    Working at this depth allows insight to become embodied. As old patterns release and a more integrated way of being stabilizes, your impact no longer relies on force or urgency - it becomes a grounded, natural expression of who you are.

    • Weekly 75 minute online-sessions

    • Bespoke guided practices, meditations, inquiry, and reflection.

    • Optional in-person immersions integrating embodiment practices, bodywork, and/or plant medicine.

    • Ongoing telegram support throughout.
